How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us within 5 days of delivery with your return request.
We will send you a Return Authorization Form. This form must be completed before your return can be accepted.
Once we receive and process your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.

What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged
All original tags attached
Returned in the original packaging with in the original poly bag ♴
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale items
Intimates
Jewelry
Swimwear
Items marked “Final Sale”
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can see when your return arrives.
Fees
A $10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you would like to exchange for a different size, style, or color, we will gladly ship you the replacement, free of charge.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different size, style, or color, we’ll happily send your new item with no additional shipping charge once your return is received.
Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds (less shipping and handling) will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
Merchandise received after the 10-day window may be accepted at our discretion and will be issued as store credit.
Other Important Info
We do not accept returns on items not purchased from this website.
Return value is based on the last retail price of the item received.

Shipping:
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.
Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available at contact@leelanau-clothing.com to answer any of your shipping questions.
Quoted delivery time frames are based on the shipping providers processing time. Leelanau is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please reach out to contact@leelanau-clothing.com and we will do our best to assist.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven to ten days. We, Leelanau LLC, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure your delivery address is to a secure location. Once the order leaves our shipping warehouse, we, Leelanau LLC, are no longer responsible for your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Leelanau is not liable for return to sender fees. As a precaution, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
