Leelanau | SHIPPING, returns and exchanges


FREE Exchanges & EASY Returns:

Contact us with your return or exchange inquiry here (contact@leelanau-clothing.com) within 5 days of receiving your order, and customer service will contact you back with a return authorization form. You must use our return form to properly process your return/exchange. Once the return parcel has been processed, you will receive a notification email.

All return or exchange inquiries must be made within 5 days of delivery of order. The items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached, and in the original poly bag, please ♴.

Please note, sale items are not eligible for exchange or return. All intimates, jewelry, swimwear, and “Final Sale” marked items are final sale and not available for returns or exchanges.

Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend obtaining a tracking number when sending your return parcel shipment.

A $10 return handling charge will be deducted from the original price of your item.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, style, or color, we will gladly ship you the replacement, free of charge.

Upon receipt of the return, Leelanau will process a refund within 10 business days, less the shipping charge, to the form of original payment. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. We cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your purchase amount.

The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

Merchandise received after 10 days will only be accepted at our discretion, for an online store credit.

We do not accept returns on products that were not purchased via this website.

Shipping:


Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after the order is placed.

Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available at contact@leelanau-clothing.com to answer any of your shipping questions.

Quoted delivery time frames are based on the shipping providers processing time. Leelanau is not responsible for any delays once the shipment has left our warehouse. Please reach out to contact@leelanau-clothing.com and we will do our best to assist.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you should receive it in about seven to ten days. We, Leelanau LLC, are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure your delivery address is to a secure location. Once the order leaves our shipping warehouse, we, Leelanau LLC, are no longer responsible for your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been completed and shipped. All shipments returned back to us due to an incomplete or invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping fee. Leelanau is not liable for return to sender fees. As a precaution, please be sure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order.
